基层医院药房的管理
摘要：医院的药房对每一个医院来说都有举足轻重的地位，药房管理涉及医院的方方面面，医院药房是集管理、技术、经营三位一体的综合性科室，是医院的重要组成部分。本文结合工作实践，提出了加强人员管理，规范制度管理，强化药品管理，重视药房信息化管理，同时树立以患者为中心的服务理念，才能促进药房规范化建设，促进药学服务水平提高，保证为临床提供质量可靠、疗效确切、使用方便、安全的药品，促进医疗卫生事业的可持续发展。
