浅谈中医养生保健按摩的作用
摘要：养生保健按摩是以医学理论为指导，适用于各种不同的手法或手的代替物刺激人体体表的一定部位或穴位，以提高和改善人体生理功能，消除疲劳和防治疾病的一种方法。本文结合文献资料简述中医养生保健按摩的作用，以期为实践提供参考依据。
