精神科护士副性心理分析及健康指导
【摘要】由于工作对象和工作性质的特殊性，精神科护士经常会遭到病人的语言挑衅或是谩骂等一系列的攻击行为，同时精神病房护理人力资源短缺和工作量大的明显差距，使精神科的风险无处不在，且后果严重，这对于长时间处于紧张而繁重工作中的护士来说，已经严重影响了护理的身心健康，应给予高度重视。
