【摘要】随着深化医药卫生体制改革不断推进，对卫生人才服务能力的培养提出了更高的要求。为了促进卫生事业的发展，应当注重基层卫生队伍建设。文章结合实际简要分析基层卫生人才队伍建设中存在的问题，并提出加强基层卫生人才队伍建设的思路和建议，以期为实践提供参考依据。
