    【摘 要】目的：探究医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制影响因素探讨。方法：选取我院2020年1月至12月接受血细胞检查的150份血液样本的临床资料。对比两组不同时间段放置检验结果，包括血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白以及红细胞分别放置30min和180min的差异。结果： 医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制影响因素包括置放时间和抗凝剂的选择。结论：医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制具有临床意义，需要加强对抗凝剂和置放时间合理控制。
