    【摘要】动静脉内瘘已成为维持性血液透析(MHD)患者建立血管通路的首选方案，但持续、反复穿刺内瘘血管，可直接危及血管壁完整性，增加血管狭窄发生的风险，严重者甚至产生动脉瘤以及血栓形成。而科学性、合理性护理干预，对动静脉内瘘的质量及寿命存在密切联系。因此本文对动静脉内瘘穿刺护理新进展进行阐述，为动静脉内瘘穿刺的使用、护理奠定重要参考价值。
