    【摘 要】目的：分析在高危妊娠孕妇产前护理中优质护理服务的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年2月到2021年2月高危妊娠孕妇78例作为研究对象，将孕妇随机分成常规组和实验组(n=39例)，常规组采取产前常规护理服务，实验组采取优质护理服务，比较两组孕妇的护理效果。结果：护理前，两组孕妇的SAS评分和SDS评分无较大差异(P>0.05)；护理后，实验组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于常规组，数据具有明显差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在高危妊娠孕妇产前护理中应用优质护理服务的效果显著，能够提高孕妇的产前护理效果，值得临床推广。
