    【摘 要】目的：分析全期细节护理对实施手术治疗患者的护理质量和满意程度提升的临床效果。方法：随机抽取2020年1月至2021年1月期间在我院进行手术的患者120例患者，打乱顺序分成两组，每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预，应用组实施全期细节护理，观察两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分和住院期间生活质量评分以及护理满意率。结果：应用组焦虑、抑郁评分和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)；应用组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：与常规护理干预相比，全期细节护理能够缓解患者紧张、焦虑情绪，提升其手术配合度，还能够有效提升患者在住院期间的生活质量，帮助其身体机能有效恢复，值得推广和应用。
