全程营养护理管理在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用价值
李小青【摘 要】目的:探讨全程营养护理管理在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年4月至2021年5月期间50例食管癌同步放化疗患者随机分成两组,各25例。对照组给予常规营养指导,观察组给予全程营养护理管理,对比两组应用效果。结果:干预后观察组NRS评分显著较对照组低,观察组Hb、Alb、BMI值均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌同步放化疗患者实施全程营养护理管理能显著改善患者营养状况,提高对治疗的耐受性。
