    【摘 要】目的：分析在冠心病护理中应用行为护理干预的有效性。方法：84例冠心病患者均是在我院2019年6月至2021年6月这一时期救治的且根据研究的内容选择的，按照随机的方法分为两组，每组的数量是相同的，各42例，常规组实施基础性的护理干预，研究组实施行为护理干预，对比两组冠心病患者的护理有效性。结果：研究组护理后的自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分比常规组有了较大程度的升高，且研究组患者的焦虑评分相对于常规组患者明显更低(P<0.05)；研究组干预后的不良生活习惯发生率比常规组更低、护理有效性相对于常规组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病患者实施行为护理更有效，可以提高冠心病的治疗效果。
