    【摘 要】目的：研究小兒支气管炎治疗中半导体激光的应用效果和对白细胞的影响。方法：自2020年9月至2021年3月抽取60例应用半导体激光进行治疗的小儿支气管炎患者，回顾分析患儿疗效。结果：患者治疗总有效率为98.33%，治疗后的各炎性因子指标均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论：半导体激光疗法应用于小儿支气管炎中，可以对患者白细胞以及其他炎性因子起到积极调节作用，在改善疾病相关症状体征方面可获得较满意的效果。
