    【摘 要】目的：探讨来曲唑+黄体酮对多囊卵巢综合征不孕的联合疗效，及患者卵巢功能有何改善。方法：视2019年9月至2021年2月在本院求诊的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象，遴选出总82例予以分组。列入观察组的41例接受来曲唑+黄体酮联合用药，列入对照组的41例则接受来曲唑单纯用药。结果：观察组患者E2水平及有效率评测值显著较对照组高(P<0.05)，FSH、LH水平显著较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：来曲唑+黄体酮联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果理想，患者卵巢功能得以改善，具临床价值。
