    【摘 要】目的：探讨分析产前全程护理对GDM患者产褥感染发生率及相关知识掌握情况的影响。方法：选取2019年5月至2021年5月期间144例GDM患者，使用随机抽签法分为A组和B组。A组72例，实施常规护理，B组72例，在A组的基础上实施产前全程护理。观察两组患者护理后产褥感染发生率和相关知识掌握情况。结果：B组患者产褥感染发生率较A组低(P<0.05)；B组患者在对产前检查目的、血糖监测价值、饮食疗法、运动疗法及产褥期个人卫生知晓情况均优于A组(P<0.05)。结论：对GDM患者予以产前全程护理可降低患者产褥感染风险，提升患者相关知识知晓度。
