    【摘 要】目的：探究案例教学法在内科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法：分别选择2019年1月至12月和2020年1月至12月本院校进入实习阶段的45例(对照组)和48例(观察组)护生为研究对象。对照组实习期间采用常规带教方式进行实习教学，观察组采用案例教学法进行教學。对比两组实习结束后护生综合能力和对实习教学的满意度。结果：实习完成后，观察组护生在理论考核、基础护理操作和专科护理操作方面的所得评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，护生对带教老师的教学态度、教学方法和内容方面满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在护生实习带教中采用案例教学法，有助于提高护生综合能力，提高护生对带教实习工作的满意度。
