    【摘 要】目的：分析多元化护理干预在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法：随机划分2019年1月至2020年12月本院60例老年冠心病患者，各30例，对照组与观察组分别实施常规护理与多元化护理，比较护理效果。结果：观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分、并发症总发生率比对照组低，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：给予采取经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的老年冠心病患者多元化护理，除改善负面情绪外，有助于降低并发症发生率。
