    【摘 要】目的：分析肿瘤相关性贫血患者，血清铁调素(Hepc)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的表达及临床意义。方法：选择肿瘤相关性贫血患者36例为观察组，健康者36例为对照组，分析并记录各项检查数据。结果：观察组MCHC、CHR水平均低于对照组，RET水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者SI、TSAT數值低于对照组，SF、sTfR数值高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组间Hepc、IL-6、SF水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：肿瘤相关性贫血最主要发病机制为Hepc，是铁代谢中重要的调节激素，可为治疗提供依据。
