    【摘 要】目的：研究偏头痛采用星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗的效果。方法：自2019年1月至12月选取40例偏头痛患者，以治疗方式差异分为两组，包括20例常规药物干预为对照组与20例联合SGB治疗为观察组，就其疗效与生活质量改善情况开展对照研究。结果：观察组治疗总有效率与生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：SGB治疗通过神经传导阻滞实现镇痛，不仅效果可靠，而且副作用少，使用该治疗方案辅助常规药物治疗，更有助于生活质量的改善。

    【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of stellate ganglion block (SGB) treatment for migraine.Methods： From January 2019to December 2019， 40 migraine patients were selected and divided into two groups based on differences in treatment methods， including 20cases of conventional drug intervention as control group and 20cases of combined SGB treatment as observation group.
