    【摘 要】目的：分析检验科不同消毒剂表面杀菌的效果。方法：选取我院检验科已经被污染的物体表面，做细菌培养，计算细菌的总量，然后將物体按照等面积划分，一半应用含氯消毒液进行消毒，一半应用单过硫酸氢钾复合物进行消毒，对比两种消毒剂的杀菌效果。结果：两种消毒液对污染物品表面的杀菌效果均较好，在97.97%～100.00%；含氯消毒液平均杀菌率为99.47%，单过硫酸氢钾复合物消毒液平均杀菌率为99.60%，相比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论：单过硫酸氢钾复合物消毒液可作为含氯消毒液的替代用品。
