    【摘 要】目的：研究将高血压慢性病管理模式运用于高血压患者的管理工作中的效果。方法：研究选择在2019年8月至2021年3月期间在本院就诊106例高血压患者，通过抽签的方式将其随机分成各有53例患者的两组。对照组高血压患者接受常规管理服务，观察组则在对照组基础上实施慢性病管理模式，然后比較两组患者的血压情况和并发症发生率。结果：观察组高血压患者的收缩压为(115.21±12.46)mmHg、舒张压为(88.23±7.21)mmHg、管理满意度为94.34%，并发症发生率为5.66%，均显著优于对照组患者，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对高血压患者采取科学有效的慢性病管理模式，能够有效控制高血压患者的血压值，降低并发症发生率，提升管理满意度，值得在全国各大医院广泛推荐使用。
