    【摘 要】目的：对尿毒症血液透析患者开展舒适护理，探究该护理手段对患者护理满意度的影响。方法：60例尿毒症血液透析患者被纳入研究(2020年7月至2021年7月)，且通过随机的分组方式分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(舒适护理)，对比分析两组患者对各护理项目的评分情况以及负性情绪结果。结果：观察组患者对护理人员的服务态度、护理操作、心理护理、环境护理等各项目均有较高评分值，每个项目的评分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组SAS和SDS评分结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理可以较好地解决患者生活、心理、疾病等各方面的护理问题，缓解患者在血液透析治疗中的痛苦和心理压力，有效提高患者对护理服务的评价。
