    【摘 要】目的：对萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染的患者应用替普瑞酮治疗，并分析其临床疗效。方法：选取在我院治疗的78例萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染患者，将其分为两组。对照组39例患者采取常规四联疗法治疗；观察组39例患者在此基础上，应用替普瑞酮治疗。结果：观察组患者总有效率为97.44%，Hp根除率为92.31%高于对照组的82.05%、74.36%，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：应用替普瑞酮辅助治疗可获得更高的总有效率、Hp根除率，可有效降低胃黏膜病变程度，改善患者预后。
