    【摘 要】目的：探讨罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产麻醉的临床效果。方法：选取本院于2020年1月至2021年1月间收治的84例剖宫产产妇为研究对象，采用随机抽签的方式进行分组，分为实验组和对照组，每组各42例，对照组采用罗哌卡因治疗，实验组采用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼治疗。结果：在镇痛维持时间、麻醉起效时间、术后疼痛程度方面，在MAP、DBP、SBP、SpO2方面，在不良反应发生率方面，实验组和对照组各项结果的数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在剖宫产麻醉中应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼，能够有效保持产妇的血流动力学水平的稳定，减少产妇的术后疼痛，降低不良反应发生率，提高产妇的术后恢复，值得临床推广和使用。
