    【摘 要】目的：研究西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法：选择治疗时间为2017年10月至2018年10月之间的患者人数为60例，通过进行小组划分方式来区分治疗，分为对照组与观察组，其中观察组采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍进行治疗，遵医嘱服用，对比两组的并发症与治疗效果。结果：研究结果表明，观察组整体并发症发生率低于对照组，整体疗效比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论：在临床上，治疗2型糖尿病患者可以选择采用西格列汀配合二甲双胍药物，效果显著，可以在临床上广泛推广应用。

    【Abstract】Objective： To study the clinical effect of sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
