    【摘 要】目的：分析集束化护理干预在住院老年患者心内科护理中的应用效果。方法：选择2019年7月至2020年7月在我院心内科治疗的100例老年失眠患者为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组给予传统护理干预，在此基础上，观察组进行集束化护理干预，比较两组疗效。结果：集束化护理干预后，两组患者的睡眠质量、时间、障碍均有明显改善，但观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率为96%高于对照组的88%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对心内科老年失眠症患者实施集束化护理干预，不仅能有效改善患者的睡眠质量，而且能提高患者的生活质量[1]。
