    【摘 要】目的：分析在消毒供应中心工作质量中采用优质护理的干预效果。方法：将本院于2019年1月至12月消毒供應中心采取的常规护理干预措施的工作人员作为对照组观察对象，另将2020年1月至12月消毒供应中心采取的优质护理的工作人员作为观察组观察对象，分析在不同护理干预方式下工作人员工作压力、工作知识考核成绩、消毒评分、工作素质评分。结果：观察组工作人员工作压力更低，工作知识考核成绩、消毒评分、工作素质评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：在消毒供应中心管理中对工作人员采取优质护理干预措施能够帮助提高工作人员的工作质量，消毒合格率得到明显提高，值得临床广泛应用。
