    【摘 要】目的：探讨对于急性脑梗死患者在其rt-PA静脉溶栓中采用依达拉奉的治疗价值。方法：对照组应用rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗，观察组在rt-PA静脉溶栓过程中加用依达拉奉治疗。结果：两组治疗前NIHSS、Barthel评分对比(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组，Barthel评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率97.30%，对照组86.49%(P<0.05)。结论：对于急性脑梗死患者在其rt-PA静脉溶栓中给予依达拉奉能够进一步提升治疗效果并改善预后。
