    【摘 要】目的：分析磺脲类降糖药与黄连素联合二甲双胍在糖尿病治疗中的临床效果。方法：按照入院先后顺序分2019年1月至2020年3月我院登记70例糖尿病患者，对照组35例(磺脲类降糖)和观察组35例(磺脲类降糖+黄连素、二甲双胍降糖)。对两组不同用药方案用药后血糖变化情况进行分析。结果：对照组和观察组服药总有效率分别为97.14%、77.14%，观察组具有相对较高服药总有效率(P<0.05)。两组用药前空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)水平对比基本一致(P>0.05)。观察组用药后FBG和2hPG水平比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论：黄连素二甲双胍联合用药有助于提升药效，稳定血糖，具有较高临床应用价值。

    Effect of sulfonylureas and berberine combined with metformin on blood glucose level in the treatment of diabetes

    【Abstract】Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of sulfonylurea antidiabetic drugs and berberine metformin in the treatment of diabetes. Methods： from January 2019 to March 2020， 70 patients with diabetes were enrolled in our hospital. There were 35 cases in the control group(sulfonylurea hypoglycemic) and 35 cases in the observation group (sulfonylurea hypoglycemic + berberine and metformin hypoglycemic). The changes of blood glucose after different medication schemes in the two groups were analyzed. Results： the total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 97.14% and 77.14% respectively. The observation group had a relatively high total effective rate(P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose before medication in the two groups The levels of FBG and 2hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). ......
