    【摘 要】目的：探究中药足浴联合穴位按摩预防下肢静脉血栓的效果。方法：筛选160例高龄产妇随机法分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药足浴联合穴位按摩，比较两组效果。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组护理前血浆D-D、hsCRP无统计学差异(P>0.05)；经护理干预，观察组血浆D-D、hsCRP均低于对照组，数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组，数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：中药足浴联合穴位按摩可有效预防高龄初产妇剖宫产术后发生下肢静脉血栓，值得推广。
