    【摘 要】目的：探讨健康教育在提高社区高血压治疗依从性的作用。方法：选取该中心2020年6月至2021年6月收治的高血压患者80例进行研究，随机分为两组，其中对照组40例，给予常规管理，观察组40例，给予健康教育。比较两种方式对高血压患者的价值。结果：观察组在服药、知晓高血压知识、主动测压、低钠饮食等方面的依从性高于对照组，观察组干预后的血压指标明显优于对照组，两组相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：健康教育应用于高血压患者，可使其依从性和生活品质得到进一步的优化提升，值得推行运用。
