    【摘要】自主学习能力是学生主体发挥主观能动性去学习,同样也是运用已有的知识经验去思考、探究、分析的能力。在医学生阶段,培养其自主学习的能力便显得尤为重要。在以往的医学教育中,学生自主学习能力的发展并不受重视,致使“自主学习”在学习中往往缺位,临床思维综合素养较为薄弱。本文主要探究案例教学在外科学教学中的尝试。

    【Abstract】Autonomous learning ability is not only the ability of students to give full play to the subjective initiative to learn,but also the ability to think, explore, and analyze with existing knowledge and experience. It is particularly important to cultivate the ability of autonomous learning during the medical student stage. The development of students’ autonomous learning ability was relatively neglected in previous medical education practice, resulting in the absence of autonomous learning in students’ learning abilities and weaker comprehensive quality of clinical thinking.
