    【摘要】目的：观察优质护理服务在肺结核护理中的应用效果。方法：選取2019年3月至2020年12月我院接收的78例肺结核患者，分成对照组和观察组，每组39例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预，观察组患者实施优质护理服务，观察并对比两组效果。结果：观察组SAS、SDS等心理状态评分均明显低于对照组，心理、社会、身体功能等生活质量评分及护理满意度均明显高于对照组，两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：在肺结核护理中应用优质护理服务，不仅可以有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态，而且可以有效提高患者生活质量，提升患者护理满意度，值得广泛推广。
