    【摘要】目的：分析在骨科手术患者术后给予其镇痛泵的应用风险，并对其术后的护理方式进行探究。方法：选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的158例行骨科手术进行治疗的患者进行分析，随机分为两组，对照组用常规镇痛方式处理，观察组采用镇痛泵止痛，对比两组镇痛情况。结果：观察组的术后5h、8h、12h、48h的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：在进行骨科手术治疗的患者中，通过给予其术后镇痛泵应用下，能有效缓解患者的疼痛感，起到了较好的镇痛效果，但依然会引起一些不良反应，有一定的风险存在，还需加强术后护理。
