    【摘要】目的：探讨前庭功能训练操在眩晕患者康复中运用的护理。方法：抽选2018年6月—2021年6月间收治的80例眩晕患者，随机抽签法分两组。为两组病患均行前庭功能训练操，觀察组再加入护理方案。就VSI评分、BBS评分、满意度展开观察。结果：观察组、对照组VSI、BBS评分对应分值与治疗前相差不大(P>0.05)；经治疗，观察组VSI评分值比对照组低，而BBS评分值比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组总满意度依次是：97.50%、80%(P<0.05)。结论：于眩晕病患康复中在行前庭功能训练操基础上加入护理，对改善病况、优化生活质量均具有重要帮助，并能够缩短康复进程，赢得满意，应继续深入探究并推广。
