    【摘要】目的：本文主要研究陰道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响及对策分析。方法：本次所选取的研究样本来自到我院接受诊治的妇科疾病患者，一共抽取样本量200例，之后通过患者就诊号码将所有样本量分成了两组，接受常规尿液检查的设为常规组(100例)，采用抑制阴道分泌物流出收集尿液方法的设为研究组(100例)。对两组患者实施尿常规检。结果：对比两组尿常规检查结果，研究组的尿液检查结果好于常规组，其颜色比常规组清澈，内部悬浮物比常规组少。研究组检测出尿红蛋白、白细胞、尿蛋白、上皮细胞及亚硝酸盐例数分别为28例，8例，4例，0例及7例，而常规组检测出的以上项目例数分别为80例，23例，63例，10例及28例，两组之间比较差异显著(P<0.05)；比较两组患者之间的蛋白质、pH值、比重及尿糖数值，两组数据比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：阴道分泌物会影响患者的尿常规检查，因此，在检查之前，需要对患者的分泌物进行处理，实施相应的措施，可以有效地提高检查准确性及检查结果，为临床提供准确的数据。
