    【摘要】多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种内分泌紊乱伴发生殖功能障碍的疾病，常常出现月经紊乱，排卵功能障碍，不孕等生殖系统问题，同时伴有代谢障碍，胰岛抵抗，肥胖等，严重影响患者的生育力及远期健康。近年来PCOS的发病率呈增高趋势，发病年龄呈年轻化，尤其青春期PCOS的发病率也在明显增高。有资料显示，根据鹿特丹诊断标准以社区为基础研究的结果显示，多囊卵巢综合征的发病率为18%。
