    【摘要】目的：探讨老年肺炎采用X线诊断的价值。方法：观察本院2019年7月—2021年8月期间接收的84例老年肺炎患者，均运用X线诊断，分析其诊断准确性与检查满意度。结果：X线诊断准确率为100.00%，漏诊率为0.00%，误诊率为0.00%；在检查满意度上，很满意为70.24%，基本满意为28.57%，不满意为1.19%，检查满意度为98.81%。结论：X线在诊断老年肺炎方面的效果相对理想，实用性强，满意度相对理想，在基层适宜广泛推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the value of X-ray diagnosis of senile pneumonia. Methods： 84 cases of senile pneumonia received in our hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were diagnosed by X-ray， and the diagnostic accuracy and examination satisfaction were analyzed.
