    【摘要】目的：探讨基于网络的随访护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年7月—2022年7月我院的100例糖尿病患者，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规的电话随访，观察组采取基于网络的随访护理。结果：护理前，两组的饮食知识、疾病特征知识、用药知识及运动知识评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的饮食知识、疾病特征知识、用药知识及运动知识评分均明显升高(P0.05)，护理后再次评估得出的结果是两组的的得分均发生变化，即有一定程度的降低(P0.05)， After nursing， the scores of diet knowledge， disease characteristics knowledge， medication knowledge and exercise knowledge in both groups increased significantly (P0.05)， The re evaluation after nursing showed that the scores of the two groups changed， that is， they decreased to a certain extent (P 1 资料与方法
