    【摘要】目的：分析肠内营养在重型颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用效果和价值。方法：以本院2020年1月—2021年12月期间收治的76例重型颅脑损伤患者为本次临床试验观察样本进行分析，按照营养支持不同进行分组，分为对比组(n=38)和研究组(n=38)，分别施以肠外营养和肠内营养，比较两组营养状况、免疫功能以及患者满意度。结果：干预前，两组营养状况、免疫功能指标水平均无差异(P>0.05)。干预后，研究组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、总蛋白以及转铁蛋白均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。干预后，研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均较对比组更高，CD8+较对比组更低(P<0.05)。研究组患者总满意度为94.74%明显较对比组的76.32%更高(P<0.05)。结论：肠内营养支持对重型颅脑损伤患者营养状况改善、免疫功能及满意度提升等均可起到积极影响和作用，值得临床推广与应用。
