    【摘要】目的：分析类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者的临床检查中高频超声的应用效果。方法：抽取2022年4月—2022年9月我院收治的类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者100例，所有患者均需要接受高频超声检查与MRI检查，以PD作为检查金标准，比较两种检查结果。结果：从两种检查方式的诊断准确率与影像学检查结果方面来分析差异不大(P>0.05)；髌上囊液体厚度、滑膜厚度与实验室指标均为正相关关系，滑膜动脉血流指数与实验室指标为负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论：在类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者的临床检查中应用高频超声进行检查的准确率较高，值得推广。
