    【摘要】目的：探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星+抗生素，在盆腔炎中的治疗效果。方法：选取我院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的120例患者，采取数字表法分为常规组与联合组，各60例。其中常规组行单一治疗，联合组给予抗生素+盐酸左氧氟沙星，对比两组血T细胞亚群、疗效、不良反应和临床指标。结果：以上指标分析，常规组低于联合组(P<0.05)。结论：在临床上，选择盐酸左氧氟沙星与抗生素，对盆腔炎进行治疗，能够改善各项临床指标，安全性高，不良反应少，值得广泛应用。
