    【摘要】目的：探讨在老年顽固性心衰患者的治疗中采用硝普钠联合多巴胺持续静脉泵入的临床效果。方法：选取2021年10月—2022年10月我院收治的90例老年顽固性心衰患者，随机数字表法分成对照组(n=45，多巴胺持续静脉泵入治疗)与研究组(n=45，在多巴胺持续静脉泵入的基础上联合硝普钠)，两组患者均行心衰规范化药物治疗，两组均持续治疗7d后观察总疗效、血压及心率水平、心功能相关指标及氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)。结果：研究组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)；研究组SBP、DBP、HR均较低(P<0.05)；研究组LVEDD、LVESD较低，LVEF较高，NT-proBNP降低(P<0.05)。结论：在老年顽固性心衰的治疗中联合使用硝普钠与多巴胺持續静脉泵入可改善心功能，稳定心率及血压，疗效较好，建议推广并应用。
