    【摘要】目的：探讨中医特色护理对改善脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的作用。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年8月期间本院收治的70例脑梗死患者，以随机数表法分成两组，对照组患者(n=35)常规护理，观察组患者(n=35)中医特色护理，评价两组护理后效果。结果：干预后，观察组患者日常生活自理能力好于对照组，神经功能恢复好于对照组；且观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中医特色护理可提升康复效果，能够改善患者生存质量。
