    【摘要】目的：探索过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿接受个性化分级护理的价值及对凝血功能的干预效果。方法：纳入研究样本总数为100例，均为过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿且在2018年3月—2021年3月就诊。分组方法为随机数字表法，分为对照组和观察组，各50例，给对照组患儿提供常规护理干预，给观察组患儿提供个性化分级护理干预，比较两组患儿干预前后凝血指标变化、住院时间及护理满意度。结果：干预后，观察组患儿的纤维蛋白原(FBG)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板(PLT)及D-二聚体(D-D)指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；在住院时间方面，观察组所用时长比对照组短，(P<0.05)；在满意度占比方面，观察组较对照组高，(P<0.05)。结论：对于小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿而言，个性化分级护理干预的效果优于常规护理，患儿凝血功能得到更好的改善，住院时间相对更短，护理满意度更高，适合全面普及。
