    【摘要】目的：评价临床护理路径在老年高血压护理中的临床效果。方法：共计选取92例研究样本，均为我院2021年1月—2022年11月期間收治的老年高血压患者。遵循随机抽样分组原则分为传统组和研究组，每组46例，护理方式依次为传统方式护理、临床护理路径。评析、处理两组护理效果。结果：经过护理前，两组的血压维持状态比较未见差异(P>0.05)。经过护理后，研究组的血压维持状态低于传统组，且自护能力较高(P<0.05)；研究组的用药依从率高于传统组(P<0.05)；研究组的护理满意率高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论：在为老年高血压患者护理时，实施临床护理路径能够增强自护能力，更好的配合用药，限制血压水平，维持病情稳定，且护理满意率较高，推荐使用。
