    【摘要】目的：探討分析延续性护理干预对高血压患者血压的作用。方法：选取我院2021年2月—2022年6月进行治疗的90例高血压患者，随机分为两组，即参照组、研究组，各45例，分别应用常规护理、延续性护理，对比护理效果。结果：研究组的服药依从率(95.56%)高于参照组(80%)；血压改善效果优于参照组；SAS与SDS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)；生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：延续性护理能提升高血压患者的服药依从性，稳定其血压水平、改善其生活质量和负面情绪，值得推广应用。

    Study of the effect of continuation nursing intervention on blood pressure in hypertensive patients

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods： 90 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital (February 2021-June 2022) were selected and randomly divided into two groups， namely， reference group and research group， 45 cases respectively. Routine nursing and continuous nursing were applied to compare the nursing effect. Results： The study group had a higher adherence rate (95.56%) than the reference group (80%)； BP improvement was better than the reference group； the SAS and SDS scores were lower than the reference group(P<0.05)； and the quality of life score was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion： Continuation care can improve the medication compliance of hypertension patients ......
