    【摘要】目的：分析社区老年中晚期膝骨关节病的简易家庭治疗方案及效果。方法：将80例老年中晚期膝骨关节病患者随机化分为相同例数的两组，对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊；观察组另给予简易家庭治疗方案；对比两组关节恢复、关节疼痛等恢复情况。结果：治疗后观察组躯体功能、关节僵硬及关节疼痛异常程度低于对照组，关节疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组的生活基本能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：社区老年中晚期膝骨关节病的简易家庭治疗方案的构建，能减轻关节异常及关节疼痛程度，改善关节功能。
