    【摘要】目的：探讨精细化护理联合穴位贴敷对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠道功能、泌乳量及疼痛程度的影响。方法：将80例剖宫产产妇采用随机数字表法均分为两组，对照组(40例)行精细化护理，研究组(40例)行精细化护理联合穴位贴敷。对比两组母乳量、数字疼痛分级法(NRS)评分及胃肠道功能恢复时间。结果：研究组产后24、48及72h泌乳量较对照组更多(P<0.05)；研究组术后1、3及5d的NRS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)；研究组肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间及饮食恢复时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论：精细化护理联合穴位贴敷用于剖宫产产妇，可增加产妇泌乳量，减轻疼痛度，利于胃肠道功能及早恢复。
