    【摘要】目的：分析宫腔镜电切术联合曼月乐对异常子宫出血患者的治疗效果。方法：抽取2022年5月—2022年11月我院收治的异常子宫出血患者80例作为研究样本，通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中，各40例，患者明确适应症后均予以宫腔镜电切术治疗，实验组在这一基础上联合曼月乐治疗方法，比较两组患者治疗前后性激素水平(雌二醇、黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素)和术后并发症(闭经、月经失调和宫腔粘连)发生率。结果：治疗前，对两组患者的生活质量评分、性激素水平进行对比，差异无意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，实验组的生活质量评分比参照组高(P<0.05)；治疗后，实验组患者的性激素水平与并发症发生率相比于参照组更低(P<0.05)。结论：在异常子宫出血患者的临床治疗中应用宫腔镜电切术联合曼月乐治疗的效果显著，对患者的生活质量改善作用明显，值得推广。
