    【摘要】目的：研究无创正压通气对急性左心功能不全肺水肿实施治疗的效果。方法：将2021年5月—2022年11月来我院治疗的60例急性左心功能不全肺水肿患者根据随机数字编号方法分为观察组(32例)和对照组(28例)。对照组实施常规治疗，观察组实施无创正压通气治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果：①观察组28例(87.50%)的临床疗效明显高于对照组22例(78.57%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②治疗前，两组患者的肺功能指标不明显(P>0.05)，治疗后，观察组的肺功能改善比对照组更好，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 通过无创正压通气方法对急性左心功能不全肺水肿进行治疗能提升临床疗效，改善患者的肺功能，值得推荐。
