    【摘要】目的：分析预见性护理在手术室麻醉护理中的应用价值。方法：将2021年8月—2022年5月接受手术室麻醉的88例患者根據数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组，各44例，分别实施常规护理和预见性护理。对比两组各项临床指标。结果：术后，观察组恢复自主呼吸时间、依指令睁眼时间及出恢复室时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2h，相较于对照组，观察组MMSE评分较高，VAS评分较低(P<0.05)；术后12h，相较于对照组，观察组VAS评分较低(P<0.05)。术后，观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在手术室麻醉护理中实施预见性护理，可缩短术后患者麻醉恢复时间，降低术后认知功能障碍，缓解疼痛并提高其对护理的满意度。
